We often think of situations in Africa as hopeless and imagine poor, sad and starving children – this is far from true. These films show us how simple it is to help.

positively AFRICA invites you to “Jazz in the Vineyard”. This Sunday, September 21, at Godfrey Brownell Vineyards in the Cowichan Valley. Sunday afternoon you can hear the unique trio of Wayne Kozac on baritone sax, Paul Sparrow on bass trumpet and the inimitable John Wade on string bass. This is a free day-long event where you can taste wonderful wine, listen to great jazz, relax in their outdoor oyster-shell patio - and support positively AFRICA! Directions to the vineyard on their website, http://www.gbvineyards.com.
